Vicki (Larson) Bitner joined Briol & Associates in 2000, following a ten-year legal career in Washington, D.C. During that time she was an associate with the law firm of Covington & Burling, where she practiced in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation. While living in Washington she also served as a special prosecutor with the Office of Independent Counsel (Investigation of Secretary of the Interior Bruce E. Babbitt), and was a law clerk to the Honorable Oliver Gasch, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Ms. Bitner received her J.D. with high honors from George Washington University Law School in 1989, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review and elected Order of the Coif. She received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1984.

Ms. Bitner is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the District of Columbia.
